Return & Refund Policy

1) Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To start, open the Support Chat on our website (bottom-right corner).

2) Eligibility Checklist (physical products)

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following must be true:

  • Request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging (tags, accessories, manuals).

  • You began the process via our Support Chat and received return instructions/RMA.

Hygiene items & cosmetics: must be unopened and factory sealed (unless defective or damaged on arrival).

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (e-books, digital art, downloads) once the download link has been delivered/accessed.

  • Made-to-order/print-on-demand items customized to your selection (e.g., size/color/print) unless defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.

  • Final-sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we send the wrong item/size, we’ll make it right. Start in Support Chat within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Brief description

  • Clear photos of the issue + packaging/labels

We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after review.

5) Digital Products (E-books & Guides / Digital Art)

All digital sales are final once delivered. If you receive a corrupt file, wrong file, or cannot access your download, contact us via Support Chat and we’ll re-issue the download or provide an alternative format.

6) Print-on-Demand & Apparel Sizing

Because many items are made to order, we encourage checking size charts before purchasing.

  • Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days if unworn/unwashed; you may be responsible for return shipping.

  • Manufacturing defects or misprints are fully covered.

7) Returns Process (how to start)

  1. Open the Support Chat on our website (bottom-right).

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return; attach photos if relevant.

  3. Wait for your RMA and instructions (do not return items without authorization).

  4. Ship the item using the provided instructions.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item).

8) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via Support Chat.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

9) Exchanges & Store Credit

If you prefer an exchange or store credit, tell us in Support Chat during your request. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.

10) Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us via Support Chat within 12 hours of placing the order. After production/fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.

11) Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank/card issuer (posting may take 5–10 business days).

  2. If it’s still missing, reach us in Support Chat with your order number.

12) International Orders

Customs duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a package is refused or unclaimed, shipping/fees may be deducted from the refund (where applicable).

13) Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or show signs of misuse.
