By accessing or using cosmictranquilenergy.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

3) Account & Information Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the accuracy of information you provide at checkout, including shipping details. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in suspension.

4) Products, Availability & Colors

We try to display product details (including colors) accurately. Actual colors/finishes may vary due to screens, materials, and print-on-demand processes. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions at any time.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing or content errors even after an order is submitted. Promotions/codes may have limits and expiry.

6) Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors. If we cancel or adjust your order, we’ll notify you via the Support Chat on our website.

7) Payment

Payments are processed securely through our checkout providers. By submitting a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.

8) Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address you provide. Estimated delivery windows are guidance, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms upon delivery. For international orders, customs duties/taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

10) Digital Products (E-books & Downloads)

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the digital file for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, public posting, file sharing, and AI dataset ingestion are prohibited. All digital sales are final once delivered, except where we are required to provide a replacement due to a file or access issue.

11) Print-on-Demand & Sizing

Made-to-order items (e.g., apparel/prints) are produced after purchase; minor variations in color/placement can occur. Please review size charts carefully; unworn/unwashed items may be eligible for exchange per the Return Policy.

12) User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and store operations, subject to applicable law. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another’s rights.

13) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

Content in our e-books/guides is for informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or professional advice. Use products (including the portable blender) only as directed and follow all safety instructions. Stop use if you experience issues.

17) Warranties & Liability

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmic Tranquil Energy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products.
